Formost Fuji Corporation, a manufacturer of packaging equipment, has announced the promotion of Matthew Brown within the engineering department, as well as the appointment of Todd Gatti as VP of sales.
Since joining the organization in 2017 as a mechanical engineer, Brown has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities, the company says. His dedication and innovative approach led to his promotion to team lead in 2022, where he successfully managed complex projects and fostered a collaborative team environment. In his new role as mechanical engineering manager, Brown will oversee key engineering initiatives, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.
“I'm excited to step into the role of mechanical engineering manager at Formost Fuji,” comments Brown. “This opportunity marks an important milestone in my career and reflects my commitment to continuous growth, technical excellence, and delivering reliable, innovative solutions. I look forward to working with our talented team to build on Formost Fuji’s legacy and help shape the future of packaging technology.”
Bringing nearly three decades of proven sales leadership and strategic expertise across diverse industries, Gatti is poised to spearhead the company's sales initiatives and accelerate growth, Formost Fuji says. With a distinguished career spanning roles at Diagraph (an ITW Company), Markem-Imaje, Nidec Motor Corporation, Emerson, Weidmuller, Omron Electronics, and Keyence, Gatti has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop robust sales pipelines, manage high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional revenue results, notes the company.
As the VP of sales, he will lead efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage and develop the sales team using best practices, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Gatti will focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic account planning, navigating complex organizational structures, and delivering solutions to challenges. The role emphasizes ethical leadership, responsibility, and a results-driven approach to drive revenue growth, Formost Fuji explains.
"Todd's extensive background in sales leadership and his strategic approach to account management will be instrumental as we continue to expand our market presence," says Dennis Gunnell, president. "His proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships will help drive our growth objectives."
Gatt expresses enthusiasm about joining Formost Fuji: "I am excited to lead our talented sales team and work collaboratively to identify new opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and exceed our revenue goals."
