Lexington Bakes (LXB), a dessert brand, has announced that it is launching its products in 37 Mariano's stores across the Chicago area.
Shoppers will now be able to purchase two of LXB's creations:
- Maple Brown Butter Chilled Oat Bar – A Good Housekeeping 2025 Snack Award winner, inspired by British flapjacks, this snack bar, which debuted in March, has no refined sugar and is made with 100% organic ingredients including sprouted oats. It's free from gluten, egg, nuts, soy, corn, gums, and seed oils, and provides 4 g of protein and 4 g of fiber with only 7 g of added sugar from maple syrup.
- Fleur de Sel Brownie – A Nexty Awards Finalist, this signature treat delivers a rich fudgy texture topped with French sea salt. Like all LXB products, it is organic, fair trade, and made with nothing artificial, no sugar alcohols, and no soy, corn, or gums.
“Chicago is where we first launched our brand three years ago,” says Lex Evan, founder, CEO and chef of LXB. “It is an honor to expand the accessibility of our luxury treats across the city that gave us our start, with such an incredible partner like Mariano's.”
LXB's treats can be found in select retailers nationwide, as well as on Amazon and lexingtonbakes.com.
