Rademaker to showcase bakery equipment at IBIE 2025
The producer's new topping line is designed for fully automated pizza production.

Rademaker, maker of industrial production equipment for the baking industry, is set to unveil its latest advancements at IBIE 2025. With solutions for croissants, bread, Danish and puff pastry, pies and quiches, pizza, doughnuts, pita, and other flatbreads, Rademaker continues to push the boundaries of efficiency and innovation in bakery production, it says.
The company plans to exhibit the following:
Next-generation pizza topping line
The company's latest Pizza Topping Line is designed for fully automated pizza production. A key highlight is the new Pizza Sauce Depositor, making its debut in the North American market.
The line also includes the Pizza Strewing System, capable of handling a wide range of topping materials, such as cheese, vegetables, IQFs, and meats. The accurate system features a recirculation system to minimize waste. By leveraging smart data gathering, the strewing process is optimized, with algorithms continuously monitoring and adjusting the material flow for maximum efficiency, Rademaker says.
Radini Semi-Industrial Bread Line
The new Radini Bread Line will make its introduction in the North American market. The line reportedly enables bakeries to process between 550 to 2650 pounds of bread dough per hour, accommodating a wide variety of dough types.
Built on the principle that “rework is a choice,” this system aims to help bakeries minimize waste while maximizing efficiency. The line’s modular configuration allows for both automatic and manual shaping, making it suitable for producing hand-shaped breads, the company says. Mobile units enable cutting, molding, and rounding of dough with consistent weight and size accuracy. After IBIE, this line will be placed in the recently launched Rademaker Experience Center in Chicago, where it will be available for customers to do product testing and development.
Enhanced laminating system
Rademaker has refined its lamination technology to enhance fat layer stability and dough sheet homogeneity, it notes. These advancements align with the latest product trends, aiming to enhance dough quality and consistency. Additionally, significant improvements have been made to the system’s operation, simplifying handling while increasing product reproducibility.
New bread line pre-sheeter
The Dynamic Pre-Sheeter System (DSS), reportedly known for transforming dough batches into homogeneous, consistent dough sheets, is now even more advanced, the company reveals. With the integration of a reduction station, the DSS now offers a reduced footprint, an expanded process window, and potential reductions in dough rework.
Form & Frys
This year, Rademaker officially acquired Form & Frys Maskinteknik, a Danish company reportedly known for its advanced bakery equipment. This acquisition aligns with Rademaker’s long-term strategic objectives and further enhances its ability to serve the bakery industry with highly specialized solutions, it says.
The Charlie is the most flexible machine in the Form & Frys product portfolio, and it can fold unique products in capacities ranging from 5,000 to 7,500 products per hour, the company adds.
Also, the pizza crust folder will be demonstrated, allowing pizza producers to add unique products to their portfolio.
Smart data solutions
The future of bakery production lies in the integration of dough expertise, production processes, mechanical and electrical engineering, and data analytics. By working closely with customers, Rademaker aims to continuously develops solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and flexibility.
An important theme of Rademaker’s IBIE 2025 showcase is smart data gathering and processing solutions. Visitors will discover how Rademaker supports customers with production solutions and services that utilize machine data and expertise to aim to ensure optimal performance throughout the equipment's lifecycle. An important aspect is the partnership between Rademaker and Sensure. This partnership will be showcased during IBIE 2025, where visitors will have the opportunity to explore how Sensure’s data-driven inspection equipment integrates with Rademaker production solutions.
Sensure is an Italian company specializing in advanced online and offline vision inspection systems powered by artificial intelligence and self-learning technology. With more than 150 installations worldwide, Sensure’s systems support a wide range of industrial applications, including:
- Automated quality control and rejection of non-compliant products

- Pick & Place optimization through robotic coordination and sorting automation
Sensure’s solutions are designed for high-variability food products such as biscuits, bread, pastries, pizza, snack bars, and more. The company also offers optical instruments for granulometry and dot analysis, applicable across the food, agricultural, coffee, and mining sectors.
Beyond production equipment, visitors can immerse themselves in the Rademaker Bakery Experience, an inspiring presentation of innovative products, market trends, and live product-shaping demonstrations. The product showcase will display a curated selection of bakery products produced on Rademaker machines worldwide, with experts available to discuss quality and production techniques.
Live demonstrations by the Dutch Boulangerie Team
The award-winning Dutch Boulangerie Team will be providing daily live demonstrations at the Rademaker booth. The bakers will showcase the latest product trends using industrially produced dough sheets from Rademaker’s Radini lines. Passionate about their craft, the Boulangerie Team is eager to engage with visitors, share insights, and demonstrate their expertise in artisanal and industrial baking, the company says.
