Krispy Kreme has announced the return of its Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut for one week only, beginning August 11. 

The treat will be in stores through August 17, after being available for just three days last year. The doughnut will be available individually and by the dozen in‑shop and for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme’s app and website.

"Pumpkin spice fans are counting down the days to their favorite season and we’re happy to kick it off by bringing back our Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut—earlier and for a longer period. But it won’t be around long. Let Pumpkin Spice Season begin!" says Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme chief brand and people officer.

While the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut will be available only through August 17, on August 11, Krispy Kreme will also add an Original Glazed Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut to its menu, a pumpkin spice take on the classic cake doughnut.

In addition to visiting shops or ordering online, guests can enjoy Pumpkin Spice Cake doughnuts in a Krispy Kreme six-pack delivered fresh daily to select retailers.
