First Watch fall menu features pumpkin, smoky spice

First Watch has launched its fall limited-time menu, available nationwide (except in the Tampa Bay area and select newly opened location) through October 27. The seasonal lineup features a mix of sweet and savory items, including pumpkin-forward favorites and globally inspired flavors.

- Maple bacon croissant sandwich: Million Dollar Bacon, Jones Dairy Farm all-natural pork sausage, folded cage-free eggs, house-pickled jalapeño, aged Cheddar, and bacon apricot jam on a griddled croissant round. Served with seasoned potatoes.
- Pumpkin spice donuts: Warm cake donut holes tossed in pumpkin spiced sugar and powdered cinnamon sugar, served with salted caramel and crème anglaise.
- Chipotle chicken hash: Honey-chipotle glazed all-natural chicken, hardwood smoked bacon, red bell peppers, house-roasted onions, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses in a potato hash, topped with cage-free eggs, Cotija cheese, pickled red onions, avocado, lime crema, and scallions.
- Pumpkin pancake breakfast: Two cage-free eggs, Jones Dairy Farm chicken apple sausage patties, and a spiced pumpkin pancake.
- Blazing Dragon juice: A blend of strawberry, lemon, cane sugar, and dragon fruit.
“Fall is all about warm, comforting flavors—and this sandwich brings them together in the best way,” says Shane Schaibly, senior vice president of culinary strategy at First Watch. “With Million Dollar Bacon, all-natural sausage, and house-pickled jalapeños stacked on a flaky croissant bun, fall flavors really shine through.”
