HOP has announced the launch of its new Coffee Cake Pancakes, available for a limited time at participating restaurants nationwide. The offering is available as a full stack or as part of a breakfast combo.
Coffee Cake Pancakes feature two buttermilk pancakes filled with cinnamon streusel, layered with cinnamon spread, and topped with cream cheese icing, additional streusel, and whipped topping. The combo includes two bacon strips or two pork sausage links, two eggs prepared to order, and hash browns.
The item is part of IHOP’s seasonal menu rotation and reflects continued interest in bakery-inspired breakfast formats.
