Garden Veggie Snacks rolls out two innovations at Walmart
The Straws and Puffs are also debuting new packaging.
Hain Celestial's Garden Veggie Snacks brand has debuted its newest innovations, Garden Veggie Straws and Garden Veggie Puffs, in 13-oz family-size bags exclusively at Walmart.
The better-for-you snacks are now made with avocado oil, include a new fourth Veggie Straw made with sweet potato. The snacks also are debuting new packaging, and the cheddar recipes for Garden Veggie Straws Cheddar Cheese and Garden Veggie Puffs Mac n’ Cheese are crafted with real cheese.
The varieties include:
- Garden Veggie Straws 13-oz – available in Sea Salt, Zesty Ranch, Sour Cream & Onion, and Cheddar Cheese flavors. Each crunchy straw is made with veggie ingredients and now includes sweet potato.
- Garden Veggie Puffs 6.5-oz – available in varieties including Mac n’ Cheese and Pizza (exclusive to Walmart) flavors, these puffed snacks reportedly offer a crispy bite that delivers enhanced real cheese flavors.
The new lineup stays true to the brand’s better-for-you promise including no artificial flavors or artificial preservatives, no FD&C certified colors or dyes, and 30% less fat than leading potato chips, the brand says.
