Singing Pastures launches bone broth, collagen snack
The brand's meat sticks multipack will debut at Northeast Costco stores.
Singing Pastures, a woman-owned functional snack brand in the meat stick category, has launched its Original Beef meat stick, made with bone broth and collagen, in 23 Costco warehouses across the Northeast U.S., timed for the Big Game Weekend in February. Crafted with grass-fed beef and the brand’s signature bone broth and collagen formulation, the sticks aim to deliver functional protein designed to support modern wellness needs.
The Costco rollout builds on the brand’s national product launch in December, introducing a new generation of clean-label meat sticks created for protein-forward lifestyles.
“Consumers are looking for protein snacks that do more—especially during moments like the Big Game—when people want satisfying better-for-you options they can feel good about,” says Holly Arbuckle, CEO and co-founder of Singing Pastures. “Launching in Costco is a major milestone for our brand and a powerful way to introduce the first-of-its-kind bone broth and collagen meat sticks to a wider audience.”
Unlike conventional meat snacks, Singing Pastures meat sticks are naturally fermented and slow cooked for 16 hours, a traditional process that supports easier digestion. Each stick provides 9-10 g of protein and is crafted without palm oil, seed oils, or artificial preservatives.
The initial Costco rollout features the brand’s Original Beef flavor. Across its broader retail and ecommerce lineup, available varieties include:
- Original Beef (made with grass-fed beef)
- Original Uncured Bacon & Pork (made with pasture raised pork)
- Juicy Pineapple Pork (made with pasture raised pork)
The launch taps into several of the fastest-growing food trends in 2026 including ingestible collagen; bone broth-based nutrition; gut-friendly snacking; and clean protein options for GLP-1 users, fitness focused consumers, and wellness-minded women, the company notes.
Following Singing Pastures’ debut at Newtopia Now in August and its December retail rollout online and at Sprouts Farmers Market nationwide, the brand plans continued expansion into natural and specialty retailers, including Whole Foods Market, throughout 2026.
Singing Pastures meat sticks are currently available at singingpastures.com, on Thrive Market, Misfits Market, and at Sprouts Farmers Market nationwide. The brand’s Original Beef variety is available in 12-count pouches at select Costco locations across the Northeast.
