Designed as a premium, fully immersive way for customers to experience this flavor, the House of Lime introduces a completely new opportunity for Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing to co-create and innovate with customers, the company says. The space promises to spark inspiration and strengthen Givaudan’s position as the trusted expert and innovative leader in lime solutions, the company adds.
Located within Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing commercial offices in Mexico City, the House of Lime provides a collaborative space that merges creativity and technology. At its core, the House of Lime aims to help customers accelerate the development of industry-leading products. Customers can collaborate closely with Givaudan’s multidisciplinary team, who will lead them through a fully integrated immersive experience that brings together consumer and sensory insights, application and sourcing expertise, in‑house flavor creation, and proprietary digital tools. The collaborative experience helps streamline product development, striving to increase speed-to-market and success rates while unlocking opportunities for bold innovation.
