Product Snapshot: Lundberg Family Farms has added three flavors to its line of Organic Rice Cakes. Kettle Corn rice cakes are made with organic popcorn and have a slightly sweet, slightly salty taste. Hemp-a-Licious rice cakes offer the added benefits of hemp seeds, while Sweet Chili rice cakes have a spicy-sweet taste. The rice cakes are made with freshly milled organic brown rice and are wheat-free, gluten-free and low in calories. Each cake also has 18 g. of whole grains.
