The American Bakers Association’s Executive Leadership Development Committee (ELDC) announces that Miles Jones, co-chairman of Dawn Food Products Inc., Jackson, Mich., will serve as a panelist at the ELDC Baking Industry Leadership Forum, to be held during the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE). A ticketed event, the forum will be held Oct. 8 from 5-6:45 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Jones will be joined by Mike McKee, president and CEO of McKee Foods Corp., Collegedale, Tenn., and two other baking industry leaders to be announced next week.
