Product Snapshot: Lantmännen Unibake USA’s Euro-Bake artisan loaves allow in-store bakeries to bring the best of Europe’s baking traditions to customers. The expertly crafted breads come in many varieties, such as the new Italian-Style Farmers’ Loaf, made in the traditional way with durum wheat flour and natural sour culture from the Altamura Region of Italy; Crusty Sports Loaf, made with seeds, grains, whole-wheat flour, honey and apple pieces; and Farmhouse Country Loaf (shown), a multigrain bread that features the sweetness of carrot, banana and apple and the protein of soy flour and toasted soy grits. Made with no preservatives, all loaves endure a long fermentation time and cold proofing. They’re also par-baked for minimal preparation and thaw-and-bake-off for fresh, consistent results.
