Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) announced that the 2017 FPSA Process Expo will feature several working production lines, including a bakery line which will simulate a frozen cookie dough process. Praxair’s ColdFront cryo-saver liquid nitrogen freezer will be featured, complementing the bakery line simulation. Attendees will have the opportunity to see each step of the production process from beginning to end at this year’s event, taking place September 19-22 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL.

"We are incredibly excited about being asked to participate in this part of the exhibit floor for the attendees at Process Expo," commented Chris Johnson, Praxair director of business development. "Our exhibit will feature three demonstrations daily where attendees will get the chance not just to see how the cookies are made, but to also ask company experts about each link in the production chain as it is happening."

Demonstrations of the cookie dough production line will run at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is a unique chance for attendees to witness all of the components in action, giving them the opportunity to observe and get answers to their production questions.
