The National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show will celebrate its 100^th Anniversary Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place. To kick off the festivities, a one-thousand-pound cheesecake, courtesy of Eli’s Cheesecake, will be sliced and served to Show attendees. The cake will be cut by Dawn Sweeney, president & CEO of the National Restaurant Association, and Ted Balestreri, the 100^th Anniversary Chairman. (Note: The National Restaurant Association and the National Restaurant Association Show are both celebrating their 100^th anniversary.)
