The organization is also recognizing Elaine Wu, co-founder and SVP of Amos Food Group, with its second-annual Impact Award.

The NCSA announced today it will now administer the Kettle Awards, an annual recognition for a deserving individual working within the U.S. confectionery industry. 

The Kettle Award represents the highest recognition an individual working within the U.S. confectionery industry can attain. 

Each of the nominees for this illustrious award were nominated as determined by the criteria set up for the Kettle Award in 1945.
