The American Society of Baking (ASB) is pleased to announce that Lee Sanders is being honored as the 2021 recipient of the Robert A. Fischer Distinguished Service Award.
College teams from University of Florida, University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin-Madison have been selected as the 2021 finalists for the nation’s most prominent scholarship competition for students pursuing careers in baking, food technology/science, and culinary programs.
The American Society of Baking (A.S.B.) will induct five industry leaders into the Baking Hall of Fame during special ceremonies at BakingTech 2021, a virtual conference to be held Feb. 16-18, 2021.
As previously shared with its members, ASB continues to monitor the evolving factors related to the COVID-19 outbreak, particularly with regard to BakingTECH 2021.
