Döhler, Nukoko will scale up the production of Nukoko’s patent-pending chocolate alternative, made from fava beans, in response to the growing challenges facing the global cocoa supply chain.

The dedicated flavor facility complements Doehler’s more than 75 global sites and will meet customers’ needs with agile innovation, accelerating new solutions, and product application development.

Döhler has developed a range of natural black solutions that can be used in a wide range of food categories worldwide.
