Tate's Bake Shop launches LTO coffee and cookie collab
The partnership with Happy Products will be available at Walmart and online.

Happy Products, a lifestyle and coffee brand co-founded by Academy Award-winning actor Robert Downey Jr. and entrepreneur Craig Dubitsky, is teaming up with Tate’s Bake Shop to launch a limited-edition Coffee and Cookie Collaboration.
Happy and Tate’s Bake Shop have created three cookies and coffee products. Rolling out exclusively in Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com, the limited-edition collaboration brings together two flavors, now available to enjoy in three formats, including two drinks plus a cookie:
- Tate’s Bake Shop Vanilla Latte Cookie: Inspired by the ready-to-drink Happy Vanilla Latte, these thin-and-crispy cookies blend Tate’s signature buttery crunch with notes of coffee and creamy rich vanilla.
- Happy Chocolatey Chip Ready-to-Drink Latte: An indulgent latte inspired by the iconic Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookie.
- Happy Chocolatey Chip Dry Ground Coffee: A new take on ground coffee combining the buttery, rich flavor of a Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookie with Happy's sourced beans for a home-brewed experience.
In addition to the in-store products, a limited quantity of online-exclusive Tate’s Bake Shop x Happy gift boxes are available through Walmart.com while supplies last. Featuring gift-ready packaging, each box includes a bag of Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookies, Tate’s Vanilla Latte Cookies, a Happy Chocolatey Chip Ready-to-Drink Latte, a Happy Vanilla Ready-to-Drink latte, and Happy Chocolatey Chip Dry Ground Coffee.
