Reading Bakery Systems welcomes new director of HR
Long-time team member Roseanne Reinhold to retire.

Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), maker of snack production systems, has announced the appointment of Susan Mitchell as director of human resources, following the retirement of long-time team member Roseann Reinhold.
“We extend our sincere thanks to Roseann Reinhold for her many years of invaluable contributions to the success and culture of RBS. We wish her the very best in her well-earned retirement,” says Chip Czulada, president of Reading Bakery Systems. “At the same time, we are excited to welcome Susan Mitchell to the RBS family. Her leadership experience in human resources across both manufacturing and service industries, along with her commitment to professional development, makes her a strong addition to our team.”
Before joining RBS, Mitchell held HR leadership roles at Haller Enterprises, Montrose Environmental Group, and Emerson Automation Solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Juniata College and an MBA with a concentration in human resources from Saint Francis University. She has also earned several professional certifications, including SHRM-CP, crisis prevention and intervention, and human resource management from Villanova University.
Mitchell is also a dedicated community volunteer, actively supporting Special Olympics Pennsylvania and the American Cancer Society.
