The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) returns to Las Vegas September 13–17, bringing together baking industry professionals, manufacturers, and artisans under one roof. Designed by the industry, for the industry, IBIE’s stated mission is to equip attendees with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to move forward.

This year’s event features more than 1,000 manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe, showcasing the full supply chain for baking and food manufacturing. From the latest technology and equipment to ingredients and packaging solutions, IBIE is intended to be the go-to place to discover the latest advancements that are shaping the future of baking.

According to show organizers, education is a cornerstone of IBIE, with its largest program ever, featuring 250+ IBIEducate sessions and demos included with every registration. Attendees can explore industry topics ranging from the impact of AI and automation to formulation and consumer behavior, each delivered by expert speakers to help businesses thrive in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace.

Among the features at IBIE 2025 highlighted by organizers:

  • New Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie: National baking teams from Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, Mexico and the U.S. will compete in categories like boulangerie, viennoiserie, and artistic bread showpieces, vying for the chance to represent the Western Hemisphere at the World Cup of Baking in Paris.
