Doich debuts Peppermint Baddie LTO flavor

Doich, the snacking dough made with functional ingredients, has launched Peppermint Baddie, a holiday-exclusive flavor. Consumers can eat the snack directly from the jar, or bake it into cookies.
Every batch of Doich is gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based with 4 g of sugar, 3 g of protein, and 90 calories per serving. Peppermint Baddie is is suitable for a dessert spread, an anytime snack, or a cookie exchange gathering, the brand says.
“Snacking dough represents the next evolution of better-for-you indulgence, as consumers move beyond ‘healthy enough’ and seek snacks that truly make them happy,” says Anthony Scialdone, co-founder of Doich. “The launch of Peppermint Baddie shows just how much our consumers are loving snacking dough, and we listened and created a fun, festive flavor that captures the spirit of the holidays.”
