Gonnella Baking snaps up Lineage Manufacturing
The acquisition will expand the brand's frozen dough capabilities.
Gonnella Baking Company announced it recently acquired Lineage Manufacturing, LLC in Centralia, WA—expanding its frozen dough capabilities and strengthening service across the Western U.S.
Gonnella’s new state-of-the-art, 50,000-sq.-ft. frozen products facility reportedly features advanced sheeting, high-speed production systems, robotic stacking, and a product innovation center.
The upgrades boost efficiency and support ongoing product development and quality, while improving access to regional markets and reducing distribution times.
With frozen dough facilities in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Washington, Gonnella is better positioned than ever to serve the continental U.S. with flexibility and supply-chain resilience, the company says.
Gonnella will continue partnering with Lineage for warehousing and distribution support.
