Baking Coach, Inc. debuts cookie dough mixes
The treats are vegan-friendly and contain no artificial colors or preservatives.

Baking Coach, Inc. has announced the launch of its 12 yield line of cookie dough mixes, now featuring six flavors, including new additions: Ginger Spice, Double Chocolate, and Cinnamon Swirl. The company's mission is to provide a fun, safe, and easy baking-from-scratch experience that brings joy to kids, families, and anyone seeking a stress-free way to create homemade treats, it says.
The company's "mix-in-the-bag" approach allows bakers of all ages to enjoy the process without the hassle, it says. Simply add butter and water to the pre-measured ingredients in the bag, mix, and bake. Each ingredient is added back into the bag one at a time, aiming to ensure a from-scratch experience. The cookie dough mixes are vegan-friendly, contain no artificial colors or preservatives, and are made with high-quality ingredients, the brand says.
On the back of our packaging, the company provides directions that also include video, ASL, and a Braille option; this is its commitment to inclusivity and empowerment through baking, it says.
In addition, 40% of the company's workforce currently comprises differently-abled adults, and it is dedicated to growing this number to 80% as it scales up. By providing meaningful employment opportunities, the brand aims to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace, it notes.
