Stone & Skillet launches strawberry English muffins
The breakfast item will be a Publix exclusive.

English muffin brand Stone & Skillet is adding a new flavor to its lineup: Strawberry.
Its English muffins are made by hand the New England way, the brand says—rolled, and cooked on the griddle in small batches at its Dorchester, MA facility. The breakfast item is made with upcycled barley from craft breweries, adding fiber and protein while reportedly reducing food waste.
"We're always thinking of fun ways to innovate with our English muffins. We wanted to make strawberry because we hadn't seen it done with English muffins before and it was a great way to excite and bring our muffins to life during strawberry season," says Cam Meekins, co-founder and CEO, Stone & Skillet.
Stone & Skillet was founded in 2014 in Boston, MA by brothers Cam, Kyle, and Nick Meekins, alongside their friend Dan. The brand was built on the idea that English muffins deserved the same care and craft as artisan bread. What began in a small apartment kitchen has grown into a nationally distributed brand, bringing premium, handmade English muffins to households across America, the brand says.
