Big Boy honors teachers, nurses with free meals

Big Boy is celebrating the everyday heroes who keep communities running by launching a Teacher and Nurse Appreciation effort that gives back, through free meals, community nominations and in-store savings. Running now through May, the campaign invites guests to head to the restaurant's website to nominate a deserving teacher or nurse to receive a free lunch for their entire school staff or team. Selected winners will be announced beginning May 4, with Big Boy delivering meals directly to schools and healthcare teams throughout Teacher and Nurse Appreciation Week. In addition to the giveaway, the chain is offering 20% off at participating locations for all teachers and nurses who present a valid ID from May 1–12.
