Grote Co. expands sales team with two new hires
Brendan O'Shea will be operations leader, and Rodney Craven technical engineer.

Grote Co., a manufacturer of food slicing and assembly equipment and part of the Grote Co. Family of Brands, is expanding its sales team with two new hires.
The company has hired Brendan O’Shea as sales operations leader. In this role, O'Shea will lead sales operations across the Americas, working to enhance sales performance, pipeline visibility, and commercial alignment to drive revenue. He will also lead sales in the Southeast U.S. O'Shea is focused on building scalable sales processes and enabling teams to consistently achieve and exceed their targets, Grote says.
O’Shea’s previous roles include regional and international sales for Akona Process Solutions and Tannas Co. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
Also joining Grote Co. is Rodney Craven, as technical sales engineer for the Midwest region. Craven will support customers throughout the Midwest by providing equipment solutions and lifecycle support. His experience in sales includes positions at CST Industries, CPM and Oldcastle. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University.
