Levain Bakery debuts Raspberry Pistachio Cookie
The brand is also launching an LTO Summer Assortment.

Levain Bakery has introduced its newest limited-time flavor: the Raspberry Pistachio Cookie.
According to the brand, the treat is bright, nutty and just a little unexpected, bringing together Valrhona raspberry chips, crunchy pistachios, and creamy white chocolate chips in Levain’s signature 6-oz cookie, which is crispy on the outside and thick and gooey in the center.
Levain Bakery’s founders, Pamela Weekes and Connie McDonald, first tried a raspberry chocolate nearly eight years ago, and the idea stuck with them, they say. This spring, they revisited that inspiration, playing with raspberry in a new way to create a cookie that feels bright and just right for summer, the bakery adds.
To celebrate the season, Levain is also launching a limited-time Summer Cookie Assortment, bringing together two seasonal favorites and two Levain classics in one box. The Nuts About Summer assortment includes Rocky Road, Raspberry Pistachio, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chip Walnut.
The Raspberry Pistachio Cookie launched June 15 and will be available for a limited time in Levain Bakery shops and online at levainbakery.com. The Summer Cookie Assortment will also be available in bakeries and online in 4-, 8-, and 12-packs.
