Cinnamon Rolls Made with Ultragrain Flour

ConAgra Mills, Omaha, Neb., launched its Ultragrain point-of-sale (POS) website (www.ultragrain.com/pos) at the 2013 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas. The site is designed to help retail bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and other foodservice outlets promote their signature foods made with Ultragrain, a line of whole wheat flours that delivers whole-grain nutrition with the taste, texture and appearance of white flour.

“With Ultragrain’s growing brand recognition, restaurants and bakeries can reap the benefits of co-branding with our groundbreaking line of 100% all-natural flours, helping to transition their customers to whole grain nutrition,” says Mike Veal, vice president of marketing. “Market feedback has shown increased purchase intent when consumers are informed of the nutritional advantages and white flour appeal of baked goods made with Ultragrain.”

The website provides an easy-to-navigate ordering tool for retailers, schools, bakeries, pizzerias and colleges to order stock Ultragrain collateral, including table tents, counter cards, posters and window clings. Ultragrain customers can self-manage the collateral they need and tailor it to their unique product offerings.

To celebrate the launch of the website, ConAgra Mills is offering a $100 credit for Ultragrain POS material to the first 50 users who create an account on the website. “We are confident that operators will see the site as a valuable resource to promote their signature products and capitalize on the growth of the Ultragrain brand,” says Veal.
