Schwebel Baking names food industry veteran COO
Schwebel Baking Co., Youngstown, OH, has named food industry veteran Steve Cooper chief operating officer. Most recently, he served as general manager at J&J Snack Foods Corp. Before that, he was senior vice president at Hostess Brands.
