SK Food International introduces AncientGrisps^TM to its extensive line of Premium Quality Ingredients.

Milled and extruded from a custom blend of ancient grains including amaranth, quinoa, sorghum and millet, they are whole grain and naturally gluten-free.

AncientGrisps^TMhave a neutral flavor profile with a sweet, nutty taste which complements many applications including cereals, snack foods, confectionary, energy bars, granolas, and as a topping for salad or yogurt. Size is approximately 5 mm to 7 mm.

SK Food’s AncientGrisps^TM are available as non-GMO or certified organic and are certified Kosher through Orthodox Union.  

Product is packed in 350-lb poly-lined cardboard cases.  Pallet dimensions are 40” x 48” x 45” with 1 x 350-lb case per pallet. Minimum order quantity is two pallets.
