Ingredient Snapshot: Symrise Flavors has announced the immediate availability of “Discover Chicken,” a complete portfolio of the next generation of natural chicken flavors distinguished by their increased flavor fidelity and fullness. “Discover Chicken” flavors were designed to deliver winning taste without the inclusion of flavor enhancers like autolyzed yeast extract, HVPs or MSG. The flavors are made from real ingredients like chicken broth, chicken meat and chicken fat that deliver a higher level of authentic meaty characteristics.

Symrise Flavors and Diana Food, part of the Symrise organization since 2014, have collaborated in the development of the “Discover Chicken” line. The heightened chicken flavor competency is aptly named to convey the new range of chicken flavors deliver a groundbreaking sensory experience of authentic, freshly cooked chicken without the typical off-notes found in other flavor solutions. The Symrise “Discover Chicken” line will benefit greatly from the synergistic expertise of the two companies especially with the inclusion of the Diana facility in Banks Crossing, Georgia, which is dedicated to making chicken-based solutions that include chicken fat, chicken broth and chicken powder products.
