PacMoore has announced that effective May 1, 2018, Dorene Link, director of business optimization, will take on the additional responsibilities of leading the Operations Team at PacMoore Process Technologies in Mooresville, Indiana. Dorene has been with PacMoore only since January 29, 2018 and already has increased PacMoore’s productivity and implemented new efficiency procedures. Dorene will continue in her current role as Director of Business Optimization in addition to overseeing production, engineering, and quality departments at the Mooresville facility.

PacMoore president and COO Gary VanDeLaarschot stated:

These additional responsibilities align well with her current business optimization role and her previous experiences in food manufacturing provide the skills needed to have a quick impact on our overall performance.”

Dorene has worked in Consumer Food and Animal Feed Manufacturing for over 30 years and has held leadership roles in Finance, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and Process Improvement. She has also worked for a regional public accounting firm. She has a BA in Accounting from Lakeland College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin.

PacMoore looks forward to the impact of Dorene’s leadership at PacMoore Process Technologies as well as the improvements she will continue to generate company-wide as Director of Business Optimization.
