BEMA is pleased to announce that Emily Bowers, senior director of education and operations, has earned her Senior Certified Professional credential from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). This advanced certification is for accomplished HR professionals focused on developing strategy, leading the HR function, fostering development, analyzing performance metrics, and aligning HR operations to organizational goals. With a global pass rate of only 53 percent, the certification is an achievement to be celebrated.
