IT’SUGAR has opened a 3,500-square-foot candy store on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida just in time for Art Basel.

IT'SUGAR began selling its rainbow star-shaped Wish Pops in 2019 with the goal of reaching $1 million in donations. 

During his career in the candy industry, Rubin founded or co-founded three successful candy companies including FAO Schweetz, Dylan’s Candy Bar, and IT’SUGAR.

We recently caught up with Jeff Rubin, founder, IT'SUGAR, about the store's origins, some of its bestselling confectionery items, and what's new for the brand.

IT’SUGAR was named one of Chain Store Age’s 2023 Breakout Retailers at the publication’s 59th annual SPECS Show, which took place in Grapevine, Texas, March 19–21.

The store spans nearly 30,000 square feet and three floors, making it IT'SUGAR's largest candy department store.

The Domain store epitomizes what the brand is known for: hundreds of varieties of over-the-top sweets, humorous products, and immersive candy experiences with featured shops.

IT'SUGAR recently expanded its Lynnfield, MA location and opened a 3,500 square foot store in Dania Beach, FL.

The Times Square store occupies a 20,335-sq.-ft. space recently vacated by Modell’s Sporting Goods, while the Canadian store opened in the West Edmonton Mall in Alberta.

To reach the donation goal of $1 million for Make-A-Wish by the end of the year, IT’SUGAR is kicking off the "Pop It Forward" campaign on July 20, National Lollipop Day.
