Barry Callebaut Group, together with its premium brand Cacao Barry, announced Chef Francisco Migoya, USA Cacao Barry Ambassador, as the lead chef for cocoa farming sustainability in support of the Cocoa Horizons Foundation
Barry Callebaut has a target to become forest positive by 2025. This means that it has to develop a greater understanding of where deforestation is at risk of occurring in its supply chain.
Chocolate offers an opportunity to indulge, but it also serves as a palette for flavor innovation and provides an entry point into where and how cocoa is grown, harvested and processed.
