North America’s wait for Ruby chocolate is over. Following a six-month soft launch with select artisans and chocolatiers, Barry Callebaut Group is making the pink chocolate available to creators in the U.S. and Canada.

A year after Nestlé Japan introduced the Kit Kat Chocolatory Sublime Ruby in Japan, Barry Callebaut Group has launched a crowd-sourced website dedicated to the rosy pink chocolate.
The Barry Callebaut Group celebrated the opening of its new office and its new CHOCOLATE ACADEMY center in Beijing with customers (global and local food manufacturers, as well as professional chocolatiers) and distribution partners.
