Vandemoortele USA has expanded its flagship brand Banquet D’Or’s line of authentic French pastries in North America with its new Biscoff-filled croissants, in partnership with Lotus Bakeries.
The mashup combines a buttery, flaky croissant with a crunchy pretzel layer, stuffed with rich chocolate chip cookie dough, and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Starting April 17, guests can indulge in a brand-new Pizookie where cheddar and broccoli are blended into the cookie base and then piled with two scoops of mashed potatoes.
