The NYC-born brand The Pizza Cupcake, founded by husband-and-wife duo Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jimenez, has officially rebranded as Incredifulls—debuting a new identity and breakfast product, now available in Target stores nationwide.
Incredifulls Egg & Cheese Breakfast Cups include flaky cups filled with cage-free eggs, rBST-free cheese, and a savory sprinkle of everything seasoning. The cups are air fryer-friendly, made without any artificial flavors or preservatives, and are 150 calories, with a SRP of $5.99.
This product launch marks a pivotal moment for the brand, expanding beyond pizza with a lineup of anytime eats made from their signature brioche-based "secret dough," it says. While the name is new, the dough remains the same.
Originally rising to national fame after landing a deal on Shark Tank in 2021, The Pizza Cupcake quickly gained a following for its fusion of pizza and pastry, the company says.
