As operators respond to rising demand for traceable, nutrient-dense ingredients, 41 Grains is introducing a new line of farm-direct grains and lentil snacks designed specifically for the foodservice industry. With a focus on culinary adaptability, American-grown sourcing, and operational ease, 41 Grains aims to offer chefs and foodservice professionals an efficient way to meet today’s health-forward menu trends.
Grown on the family’s Montana farm, the brand’s lentil-based snacks are minimally processed, shelf-stable, and designed to integrate into high-volume kitchens, institutional meal programs, and foodservice distribution pipelines.
“Every operator is looking for clean-label, nutrient-rich ingredients that don’t add labor or sourcing headaches,” says Kacie Sikveland, co-founder of 41 Grains. “We’ve developed our product line to meet those needs—versatile, consistent, and packed with real flavor and real nutrition from real American soil.”
Foodservice offerings from 41 Grains aim to help operators meet plant-forward goals with whole-grain fiber, vegetarian protein, and allergen-friendly simplicity. Its seasoned lentil crunchers add flavor, protein, and crunch to shareables, salads, kids’ meals, grazing boards, or just as a grab-and-go snack.
The products include:
- Signature Salty Lentil Crunchers: Lightly salted and roasted for a protein-rich crunch—can be used for bar menus, topping stations, or C&U (culinary and university) applications.
- Dill Pickle Lentil Crunchers: Reportedly bright and bold, with an herbaceous finish.
- Sauced Apple Lentil Crunchers: A savory-sweet option with warm spices and subtle fruit—can be used for school foodservice, snack boxes, or seasonal LTOs.
All 41 Grains products are non-GMO, free from major allergens, and packaged in foodservice-friendly bulk formats. The brand is also exploring wholesale and private label partnerships, and welcomes conversations with buyers, distributors, and institutional partners interested in domestic sourcing, clean labels, and menu innovation.
