Craize debuts fire-griddled crackers
The snacks are vegan, non-GMO, Kosher, gluten-free, seed oil-free, and allergy-friendly.

Craize has introduced a new line of fire-griddled crackers, made with natural ingredients and a proprietary slow-cooking process. Unlike baked, fried, or puffed products, Craize crackers are prepared using open-fire griddling, which contributes to their crisp texture and flavor. The products are designed for use with dips, toppings, or as standalone snacks.
According to Michele Abo, general manager of Kayco Beyond, parent company of Craize, “Craize is more than just a cracker—it’s a modern, healthy snack that delivers incredible taste and versatility. We are thrilled to support the Craize vision and introduce consumers to a product that’s vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and allergen-friendly, yet never compromises on flavor or crunch.”
Craize crackers feature a chip-cracker hybrid format and are made with ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and spices mixed into the dough. The products are vegan, non-GMO, Kosher, gluten-free, seed oil-free, and produced in an allergen-friendly facility.
