General Mills Foodservice launches bulk protein granola
The product can be used for yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, bars, and more.

As demand for protein-forward menu items continues to grow, General Mills Foodservice is introducing Nature Valley Protein Granola Bulk Bags.
The innovation builds on the No. 1 granola in foodservice and gives it a protein-forward twist, delivering 13 g of protein per 2/3 cup serving, the brand says. Bulk-packed for foodservice versatility, the granola can be used to create yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, smoothie bowls, protein bars, or simply served as a crunchy breakfast or snack option, it notes.
Made with whole grain oats and no artificial flavors or colors, the granola is packaged in four bulk bags per case, helping reduce waste while improving efficiency in college and university dining, healthcare, and lodging operations, General Mills adds.
