Crepini expands High-Protein Pancakes to H-E-B
The breakfast item is available in Vanilla and Chocolate Chip flavors.

Crepini, the brand that reportedly helped ignite the surging market for refrigerated, protein-packed staples, is bringing its latest product to H-E-B stores: Vanilla and Chocolate Chip High-Protein Pancakes, now available in the dairy aisle.
Crafted from a wholesome base of cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or ricotta, egg whites, and oats, Crepini’s pancakes aim to offer the taste and texture of a home-baked stack without the prep time, the company says. Fluffy, satisfying, and gluten-free, they’re designed for real life—whether that’s a rushed weekday breakfast, post-workout fuel, or an easy, guilt-free snack, Crepini adds.
At H-E-B, shoppers can now enjoy two varieties:
- Vanilla: Gently fragrant with pure vanilla extract, these pancakes include 20 g of protein per serving. The pancakes are suitable to eat straight out of the package or can be warmed up in seconds.
- Chocolate Chip: With just the right touch of sweetness from chocolate chips, this variety balances nutrition and nostalgia, the brand says. Consumers can enjoy them warm and melty or straight from the fridge—they're suitable for meal prep, quick breakfasts, or anytime cravings, and have 18 g of protein.
From launching in Brooklyn baking facility to distribution in more than 6,000 retailers nationwide, Crepini continues to lead the high-protein category with innovative, refrigerator-ready staples that fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles, the brand says.
