Big Mozz expands into Texas H-E-B stores

All of its products are made with mozzarella that is aged for 21 days.

Big Mozz, the frozen snack brand that uses simple ingredients and 100% whole milk mozzarella, announced its expansion into H-E-B stores across Texas. Beginning this month, shoppers will be able to find Big Mozz Mozzarella Nuggets, Flamin’ Mozzarella Sticks, and Ranch Mozzarella Sticks in 340 H-E-B locations statewide.

The H-E-B launch marks one of the brand’s biggest retail milestones to date, Big Mozz says. The brand first gained a following at Smorgasburg in New York City before moving into grocery stores across the country, it adds. Today, Big Mozz continues to scale its retail footprint with a focus on bringing elevated frozen food to more households nationwide, it finishes.

According to the company, all of Big Mozz's products are made with high-quality ingredients and mozzarella that is aged for 21 days. All varieties can be air fried in 5–7 minutes or oven baked in 10–12 minutes, making them suitable for snacking, entertaining, or easy at-home meals, the brand adds.
