Pinkbox Doughnuts celebrates Star Wars, Cinco de Mayo
The brand will offer one-day-only LTO themed treats for "May the 4th Be With You."

May opens with two popular events, May the 4th and Cinco de Mayo, for which Pinkbox Doughnuts will release limited-time offerings, it says.
For one day only, on Monday, May 4, Pinkbox Doughnuts will feature specialty doughnut treats inspired by the movie series Star Wars, for “May the 4th Be With You Day.” The out of this world creations include:
- Stormtrooper: White frosted raised doughnut filled with cookies and cream buttercream and topped with Stormtrooper décor
- The Wookie: Maple bar topped with chocolate buttercream and Wookie décor
- Maple Ewok: Maple frosted vanilla cake topped with white and chocolate sprinkles, Ewok décor, and Nilla wafers
- Yoda Pooh: Chocolate cake topped with chocolate buttercream, covered in green icing with candy décor and Oreo ears
- Princess Leia: White frosted raised doughnut topped with Princess Leia décor and Oreos
- Galaxy Ring: Tie dye frosted ube cake doughnut
- Boba Fett: Green frosted raised doughnut topped with Boba Fett décor
- Galaxy Pee Weez: Glazed ube cake doughnut bites rolled in ube crumble
From Friday, May 1 through Tuesday, May 5, Pinkbox Doughnuts will offer three treats that prominently feature Mexican flavors, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo:
- Mango Tango – A glazed raised doughnut filled with mango filling and topped with white whip, chamoy drizzle, tajin, and a dollop of mango with Mexican flag décor
- Mamas Tres Leches – A glazed tres leches cake topped with tres leches whip and sprinkled with cinnamon with Mexican flag décor
- El Guzman Doughcro – A croissant doughnut filled with guava and topped with a sweet cheese rosette, a dollop of guava, and a Mexican flag. It pays tribute to Peter Guzman, president of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and is the only Pinkbox doughnut named after a local community leader.
The Mango Tango will also be featured as the doughnut of the month for May and will be available May 1–31.
