Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), Robesonia, PA, has promoted Jim Warren to vice president of Exact Mixing. In his new position, Warren leads a team of mixing systems engineers, project managers and sales support staff to grow the continuous mixing business. His responsibilities include overseeing the continued growth of Exact Mixing worldwide, introducing continuous mixing to the Markel Bakery Group companies and extending the Exact Mixing reputation in continuous mixing technology.

Warren was co-founder and president of Exact Mixing Systems from 1994-2008. Since the company’s merger with RBS in 2008, he has been director of Exact Mixing.
