The two mixes are ideal for consumers leading a paleo lifestyle and those seeking to add more protein to their meals, respectively.

The new Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix (MSRP $10.49/13-oz. package) is a grain free and gluten free blend of almond flour, arrowroot starch, organic coconut flour, tapioca flour and leavening. It’s sweetened with organic coconut sugar and contains 7g protein per serving (11g protein per serving when prepared). The mix is also vegan friendly.

The new Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix (MSRP $7.99/14-oz. package) is a blend of whey protein, pea protein, buttermilk and vital wheat gluten, providing 15g protein per serving. It’s made with Bob’s Red Mill’s signature stone ground whole wheat pastry flour and is a good source of fiber, iron and calcium. To make pancakes, just add water to the mix.

Bob’s Red Mill created the mixes after seeing demand from consumers who are looking for convenient, delicious breakfast options to fit their unique nutritional needs.

Both mixes are made from ingredients that were not genetically engineered.
