Product Snapshot: Boulart’s Everything Bun is inspired by the popular bagel flavor but has been redesigned as a ciabatta bun. Made with only a few simple ingredients including water, flour, yeast and sea salt, the bun is low in fat, free of trans fat, and has a good source of iron. As with Boulart’s full product lineup the Everything Bun is Non-GMO Project verified, and is free of preservatives, additives and added sugar. The product is fully baked and blast-frozen, not par-baked, and comes pre-sliced making it a great addition to nearly any mealtime occasion.
