The restaurant specializes in handcrafted choux pastry shells baked fresh throughout the day and filled to order with premium custard creams.

The company's eighth acquisition since 2022 reinforces its ambition to strengthen its position as Europe’s leading sweet treats champion.

With a multitude of flavors and varieties, the new products are suitable for breakfast, dessert, and an array of special occasions, the brand says.

The brand is expanding into dayparts with oatmeal bars, scones, and puff pastry stick kits.

The expanded leadership team joins the company as it celebrates its 90th anniversary this year and rapidly approaches the opening of its 400th location. 

The baked good is naturally sweetened with organic coconut sugar for balanced sweetness, the brand says.

The new snack will be available at participating retailers beginning in March.

The dozen will feature three of each of the treats, plus three Original Glazed.

Unlike traditional packaged mini muffins, the product invites consumers to bake the mix at home.
