Brazil bakery Ofner debuts Biscoff panettone
The dessert is filled with cream and includes a separate sachet for crunch.
Just in time for the 2025 holiday season, Ofner, Brazil’s artisanal bakery, has introduced its newest indulgence, the Panettone Biscofner (35.27-oz).
Made with Ofner’s signature triple natural fermentation for a reportedly light, buttery texture, the panettone (SRP: $50) is filled with smooth, spiced Biscoff cream and includes a separate sachet of crunchy Biscoff. The result is a fusion of Italian tradition, Brazilian craftsmanship, and modern flavor innovation, the brand says.
Packaged and crafted for gifting or sharing, the Panettone Biscofner is now available in the U.S. through Ofner Americas, and can be purchased online at ofneramericas.com and Amazon.
In addition, the brand just released its 2025 catalogue, including panettone flavors such as Chocolate Drops; Candied Fruits & Raisins; Apricot, Dates, and Plum; Chocolate & Orange; Mixed Berries & Chocolate; and more. The catalogue also includes a Christmas Cake-flavored King Cake and Stollen varieties.
