General Mills has released a slate of new cereals and granola snacks for the new year, and also has announced two returning flavors.

The new cereals include:

• Mott’s Cereal (Apple Cinnamon, Very Berry): Made with apple purée and no colors from artificial sources, these crispy cereals reportedly deliver classic Mott’s flavor in a family-friendly breakfast or on-the-go snack. 
• Ghost Protein Cereal x Cinnamon Toast Crunch: With 17 g of protein per serving and a good source of calcium, Ghost's protein cereal meets the crunchy cinnamon original in one bowl.
• Ghost Protein Cereal x Lucky Charms: Each serving contains a good source of protein (17 g per serving) and calcium.
• Confetti Cheerios: Vanilla-flavored, rainbow-sprinkled O’s, with no colors from artificial sources.  
• Cascadian Farm Organic Cookie Crunch (Sprinkle, Chocolatey Sprinkles): An organic, gluten-free cereal that captures cookies-and-milk flavor with sprinkles and a satisfying crunch, the brand says. 

The new granola lineup includes:

• Nature Valley Cinnamon Roll Protein Granola: Bakery-inspired cinnamon roll flavor with 13 g of protein and 34 g of whole grain per serving. 
• Cascadian Farm Organic Granola (Cookies N Crème, Chocolate Chip Cookie): The taste of cookies in a modern organic granola with 35 g of whole grains per serving with no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.  
• Cheerios Granola (Honey Nut, Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate): Clusters featuring real Multi Grain Cheerios pieces in Honey Nut, Apple Cinnamon, or Chocolate. 

Returning flavors include Banana Caramel Cheerios and Cheerios Cereal Pouch Multi (8-count).
